The balloon banner is an especially lovely addition. It has 17 balloons in alternating colors, each shaped in a different letter of "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" about 16 inches high, and four stars. Included is a straw to inflate it with. No helium necessary (it won't float even if you do use helium). Also included is a string to hang it with on the loops attached to each balloon. (tape, especially double sided, also works)
